The trail opened in October of 2022 and is a little more than 1/2 a mile long. Click here to learn more about the 37- Acre Town Center Park.
Below are pictures of the entrance/parking area at the west end of the path. The west entrance to the path is located on Moe Road (A little north of the Clifton Park-Halfmoon Public Library).

This path is a great place to take a walk with kids because you can also grab a bit to eat (east end of the path) or visit the library (west end of the path).
