Many programs kick off the week of June 27th and some are having kickoff events to celebrate the start of their summer reading programs! Summer Reading Kickoff Carnival

Tuesday, June 28, 2022 from 4pm-7pm
Start your summer at our Kickoff Carnival and sign up for our summer reading challenge on Day One!! Enjoy face painters, a DJ, balloon artists, pony rides and farm animals, relay races, and carnival games. Pizza slices and popcorn will be available to purchase, or bring a picnic dinner with a blanket/chairs for you and your family. Free and fun for all ages! Registration is required.

Aquatic Wonders with Via Aquarium: Summer Reading Kickoff at Delaware

Come join the staff of Via Aquarium as they talk about a host of fun aquatic invertebrate animals and discuss ocean ecology and conservation! This hour-long program will include a hands-on opportunity to touch various live sea creatures, as well as a Q&A session at the end for questions related to marine biology, working at an aquarium, or anything ocean related.
