The Village of Colonie opened a new playground at Cook Park in 2018. Below are some pictures of the playground taken in May of 2019.

Parking is super convenient. There is a large parking lot right across from the playground.
The playground is fenced in so you don’t have to worry about little ones running off!
There are a ton of benches in the playground area and a few picnic tables.
It is a short walk to the bathrooms.
There are wood chips below the playground and paved walkways around the playground area.
