Charlie’s Playground was built in memory of a seven year old girl (Charlie Fernandez) who passed away from cancer. The playground is located at Saddlewood Elementary School located at 100 Loralee Dr, Albany, NY 12205.

Saddlewood Elementary School is part of the South Colonie Central School District.
IMPORTANT: This playground is not open to the public when school is in session. Please be advised that some schools also have summer programs. School playgrounds are not open to the public when being used for summer programs.

The playground is fenced in.
There is another playground at Saddlewood Elementary School that was built in the Spring of 2023.
