Did you know that there is a coffee shop that is a 15-20 minute walk from the playground at the Crossings of Colonie? Professor Java’s is located at Shoppers Park at Wolf Road, but you can easily walk to Professor Java’s from the Crossings via Metro Park Road. Professor Java’s not only has coffee but you can also get breakfast (egg sandwich, breakfast quesadilla, breakfast wraps, bagels, muffins, scones etc) and lunch (soups, salads, sandwiches, wraps, paninis etc).
