Intensity Athletics is the Gold Standard of all star cheerleading, dance, tumbling and fitness in the Capital Region. We are now hosting over 120 classes in the month of April to reach our athletes and clients when they can no longer get to our facility in Albany.

Matt’s Music Together
Each week Matt’s Music Together will send registered families an email with links to 2 or 3 videos that will equal the normal 45-minute class, plus the songbook, CD and digital code for the spring collection. The email will include the song list, instruments, and materials you will need, and when possible, links to instructions on how to DIY some instruments using household items, in case you don’t have all the things I tend to use in class. Register for a class that you would attend in-person in case we can move to live classes before the spring session ends.

Twisted Sisters Yoga
Twisted Sisters Yoga is upstate NY’s premier “kids only” yoga studio. We offer classes for ages 3-5 and 6-12. Every class consists of yoga, mindfulness and meditation. We provide the mats and all materials for class. It’s a fun yet relaxing! We also offer birthday parties, girl scout badges and private parties. We also offer virtual classes!
