Child & Me Yoga- August Sessions

This hour provides quality time for child and caregiver. If attending with an infant, your infant will love to look into your eyes & enjoy the sights & sounds of the yoga environment. You will get to enjoy the physical and mental health benefits from moving the body. If joining class with a toddler, your time on the mat will be more interactive. Your toddler will mimic your actions throughout the class. These classes will include age appropriate yoga as well as games, stories and relaxation. Yoga is a great way for caregivers to connect both emotionally & physically with their little one. Only $60 for all 4 sessions! Drop Ins Welcome if the class is not at capacity. Drop-In cost is $20 per class. We suggest reaching out to [email protected] in advance to see if there is space available.
